Enquiries and quotations
We receive your name, email, optional telephone and organisation, requested service, message and language to answer you and prepare a possible assignment.
Quotations or assignments you request are processed as steps before entering a contract. Other business enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in answering and following up. Submitting a form does not give advertising consent.

Job applications
We process your name, contact details, postcode and city, availability, competence certificate information, motivation, CV and attachments to assess your application and contact you before a potential employment contract.
Send only relevant documents. Do not send identity cards, national identification numbers, health information or criminal record extracts through this general form. Statutory checks for guarding personnel follow a separate procedure with the necessary information and safeguards.

Website, security and Analytics
Our hosting and form services may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser information and technical or security logs. Our legitimate interest is to keep the website available, prevent abuse and resolve incidents.
Google Analytics 4 loads only with your consent. Page views help analyse visits, browsers, devices and approximate origins. Google receives your IP address when connecting; GA4 does not store individual IP addresses. Our tag disables Google Signals and advertising personalisation.
Use “Manage cookies” to reject statistics or withdraw consent. The site remains available. Withdrawal stops future measurements without affecting earlier lawful processing. Our cookie policy explains the cookies and choices.

Who receives information?
Information is intended for people within AMG-SECURITY handling your enquiry, application or technical support. Netlify provides hosting and processes forms and uploaded files. Combell provides our email service. Google Ireland Limited provides Analytics if you consent.
Providers process data according to their role and applicable processing agreements. Professional advisers or competent authorities may receive information needed for legal obligations or a dispute.

Processing outside the EEA
Netlify and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their processing terms describe applicable safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and, for an eligible certified recipient, an adequacy decision. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
Google Maps connects only after you accept cookies. That provider’s policy then applies.

How long is information kept?
For enquiries, retention depends on completing your request and necessary follow-up. If a contract follows, relevant information may be needed longer for performance, statutory retention requirements or a specific dispute. Information no longer needed must be deleted.
For applications, the end of selection is the starting point. A specific follow-up procedure or legal claim may justify further retention. Keeping an application for future vacancies requires a separate arrangement; applying is not general consent for that purpose.
Technical logs are kept for the time needed to investigate incidents and prevent abuse. Analytics user and event data retention depends on Google property settings; aggregated reports may remain longer. Contact us for the period applicable to your situation. Analytics cookies and your consent choice expire after a maximum of 180 days, which is separate from report retention.

Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies where statutory conditions are met. You can withdraw consent at any time. Legal retention duties or the rights of others may limit these rights.
Send requests to info@amg-security.com. We request only information reasonably needed to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month. Complex requests may require up to two additional months; we explain this within the first month.
