Company and application

These terms concern services provided by AMG-SECURITY SRL, Passage Saint-Paul 16, 7700 Mouscron, Belgium, company number 1028.989.658, VAT BE 1028.989.658. Contact: info@amg-security.com or +32 487 19 79 25.

They form part of a contract only when the customer had an opportunity to read them before entering the contract and accepted them. Specific arrangements agreed in writing take priority. Mandatory legal rights always remain applicable. Visiting this site or submitting an enquiry does not constitute acceptance of an assignment.

Enquiries and agreements

The contact form is for information and quotation requests and does not itself conclude a contract. An assignment is agreed when both parties reach agreement on the services and terms, which are recorded in writing.

The quotation or guarding agreement specifies the location, authorised activities, schedule, staffing, instructions, price, taxes, additional costs and payment arrangements. A quotation states its own validity period.

Scope of services

AMG-SECURITY provides only activities covered by its authorisation: static guarding subject to its restriction, event guarding and surveillance and checking of persons under Article 3, 13° of the Law of 2 October 2017. These activities are unarmed.

Static guarding at locations where no other guard or third party is expected to be present is excluded. The legal notice describes the permitted activities. An assignment confers no police powers and does not guarantee that every incident can be prevented.

Performance and cooperation

AMG-SECURITY carries out the agreed assignment with due care, in accordance with applicable regulations and using personnel who meet the legal requirements for the assignment.

The customer provides accurate and timely information on the location, risks, access rules and contacts, and provides agreed access and cooperation. Changes to scope, scheduling or staffing are discussed and confirmed in writing, including any price impact.

Price and payment

The accepted quotation sets the price and states whether VAT is included. Consumers receive the total price, including applicable taxes and foreseeable costs, before entering into a contract.

Invoices are payable under the agreed payment terms. This website imposes no separate flat-rate penalty or interest rate. Late payments are subject to applicable legal rules, including the first free reminder and waiting period for consumer debts where applicable.

Cancellation and force majeure

Contact us promptly if an assignment needs to change or be cancelled. The consequences depend on valid arrangements agreed in advance and applicable law; this website sets no automatic cancellation percentage.

If an event beyond a party’s reasonable control prevents performance, that party informs the other promptly. Both parties mitigate the effects and discuss an appropriate solution. Legal rights concerning impossible or unperformed services remain unaffected.

Consumer withdrawal rights

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies to a distance or off-premises service contract, consumers generally have 14 calendar days from its conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. This right does not automatically apply to business customers.

Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to info@amg-security.com or by post to our registered office. Include your name, address, the contract concerned and the date. Optional wording: “I hereby withdraw from the contract for [service], concluded on [date]. Name: […]. Address: […]. Date: […].” Add your signature if submitting on paper.

If you expressly request services to begin during this period, a proportionate amount for services already supplied may be payable upon withdrawal, where legally permitted and after proper prior information. The right is lost after full performance only if the legal requirements are met, including prior express consent and acknowledgement of that loss. The applicable information and statutory model withdrawal form are provided with the contract.

Liability and complaints

Liability is assessed under applicable law and valid contractual arrangements. These terms exclude no liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and restrict no mandatory consumer rights.

Send questions or complaints about services to info@amg-security.com, preferably stating the date, location and circumstances. Emailing a complaint does not limit your other legal remedies. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.

Personal data and confidentiality

Both parties handle confidential information received for the assignment with care and use it only to perform the assignment and meet legal obligations. Applicable data protection rules govern personal data. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing.

Applicable law and version

Belgian law applies to contracts with AMG, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection under applicable legislation. Disputes are referred to the courts competent under the law.

A new version published on this website does not automatically change existing contracts. The version provided and accepted before the contract was concluded remains the reference for that contract.
